 2003 was a year of
investing in our business for the long haul. We were delighted
to add key industry veterans to the FTVentures team.
 Brad
Bernstein, formerly a Partner with

a proven private equity track record to FTVentures and extensive experience
with private companies in outsourcing, software and IT-enabled
services.
 Kathryn Coffey became
Managing Director of Business Development for FTVentures in September, bringing a
wealth of private equity experience to the firm. She most
recently managed the Equity Private Placement Group for
Deutsche Bank in San
Francisco.
 Boris Rapoport, Alex Scherbakovsky
and Christopher Tan also joined FTVentures as Associates. Boris and
Christopher are working on the Business Services Investment
Team, and Alex is part of the Software Investment
Team.
 On September 1st, we
opened a New
