We would like to recognize the following individuals and congratulate them on their promotions:

Eric Byunn and Chris Winship have been named Partners.
Eric joined FTVentures in 2002 bringing a wealth of experience from his
years at myCFO, AOL, Netscape and McKinsey. He is currently focused on
software investments and represents the firm on the boards of
Cloudmark, Coremetrics, GMI, Intrepid Learning Solutions, ProfitLine
and SourceCode Technology Holdings. Eric previously worked closely with
the board and management team of KVS which was acquired by Veritas
(NASDAQ: VRTS) in September 2004. Chris has been with FTVentures since
1999 following roles at Salomon Smith Barney and Putnam Investments.
Chris is focused on business services companies and represents
FTVentures on the boards of Capital H Group, CapitalStream, Freeborders
and MedSynergies. Chris worked closely with the board and management
team of Verus which was acquired last year by The Sage Group (LSE:
SGE). Both Eric and Chris are based in San Francisco.

Boris Rapoport has been promoted to Principal. Boris joined our New York office in 2003 and is a member of the business services team. Peter Casella and Chris Tan
have been promoted to Vice President. Peter joined FTVentures in 2004
in New York and Chris joined in 2003 in San Francisco. Both Peter and
Chris focus primarily on business services companies.

We are also pleased to introduce three additions to the FTVentures team:

Kyle Griswold
joins us as an Associate on the Business Services team in our New York
office. Prior to joining FTVentures, Kyle was an M&A Analyst with
Berkshire Capital Securities, focusing on transactions in the financial
services sector. Kyle has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from
Trinity College.

Also new to our New York office is Atish Nigam
who joins us as a Software Associate. Atish most recently worked on
strategic business and technology opportunities as an Associate with
McKinsey & Co. Atish attended MIT where he earned a Masters in
Computer Science and a BS in Computer Science with a minor in
Economics.

Rounding out the team is Alice Wang
who joins our San Francisco office as a Business Services Associate.
Alice worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for both Morgan Stanley
and JPMorgan Securities, and has experience in both specialty finance
and healthcare. Like Atish, Alice is a graduate of MIT, earning a BS in
Management from the Sloan School and a BS in Economics.
