Prior to joining FTV Capital, Philip was with First Data Corp. and Wells Fargo Bank Merchant Card Alliance where he was the Controller and Pricing / Revenue Manager. Prior to this, he was with Delphi Information Systems, leading provider of software for the property and casualty insurance industry. Philip received a BS in Accounting and Finance from Southeast Missouri State University. He passed the CPA exam in 1990.
