Gemmy currently has investment responsibilities in software. Prior to joining FTV Capital, Gemmy was an Analyst with The Monitor Group in the Finance Strategy and M&A Advisory Group. Gemmy's work at The Monitor Group began in general strategy consulting where he helped analyze companies in high-tech, biotechnology, consumer products, defense, and the non-profit sector. He also founded Monitor's San Francisco branch of Inspire, a non-profit consulting service for youth organizations. Gemmy has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
