What excites you the most about being a growth equity investor?

Growth-stage businesses are typically at a unique inflection point. They are often in the process of transitioning from early commercial successes with forward-leaning users to broader market adoption by a more mainstream customer base. As this occurs, companies scale up engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate adoption and drive customer success. These businesses often revolutionize the way entire industries do business, and they transform themselves in the process. As growth investors, we provide flexible capital, sector expertise, and strategic relationships to influence and accelerate these outcomes, and in our own way play a role in bringing the future to market.
